Upcoming Groups
From Surviving to Thriving
A psychoeducational group for understanding complex trauma and building emotional resilience through connection.
This group therapy series is designed for adults who are interested in learning more about the impact of complex trauma and developing skills to support healing and emotional wellbeing.
Grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed framework, the sessions will explore how complex trauma can shape emotional patterns, inner criticism, relationships, identity, and nervous system responses over time.
Through psychoeducation, guided discussion, and practical coping strategies, participants will explore topics such as:
- Emotional flashbacks and overwhelm
- The inner critic and shame-based thinking
- Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses
- Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
- People-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-abandonment
- Emotional regulation and grounding strategies
- Developing self-compassion and healthy boundaries
- Reconnecting with authenticity, safety, and resilience
The group aims to provide a compassionate, structured environment where participants can gain insight, increase self-awareness, and learn evidence-informed strategies for recovery.
